Executive Chef Jaimie Montes de Oca is serving a taco trio and Fairmont’s master mixologists are creating specialty cocktails September 15 through October 15.

Pineapple-spiced Margarita – $18

Reservations are not required to enjoy Fairmont’s Hispanic Heritage Month menu.

The Loggia and Courtyard Bar menus will also be available.
