5-Course Valentine's Day Dinner

On Wednesday, February 14, a romantic five-course Valentine’s dinner will be prepared with love and devotion in Juniper Restaurant. Served from 6 to 9pm, Juniper’s culinary team will feature passionately and locally sourced ingredients in each course.

~First Course~
Poached Prawn – Sesame Cucumber Boat, Avocado Crema, Benne Seed, Borage Blossom

~Second Course~
Asian Pear Rocket – Spiced Walnut, Ricotta Salata, Pomegranate Balsamic, Bulls Blood

~Third Course~
Duck Confit Vol au Vent -Porcini, Chipotle Cherry, Anise Chive, Nasturtium

~Fourth Course~

Choice of:
Filet Mignon – Cacao, Duchess Celeriac, Red Beet Coulis, Moro au poivre, Crispy Shallot
or
Turbot – Langoustine Gnocchi, Tomato Nage, Mango Sambal, Garlic Chip, Affilla Cress

~Dessert~
Double heart – Noelle 68% chocolate cake Blackcurrant raspberry & micro sponge

Valentine’s Dinner in Juniper is served on Wednesday, February 14 from 6pm until 8pm
at $109 per person, by visiting Opentable
