Our hotel is located in the heart of the capital and is the perfect home base to set out and discover the wonder of Washington, D.C. Located in the fashionable West End and adjacent to the historic Georgetown, Fairmont welcomes guests to a place named “Best Hotel for a Staycation” by Modern Luxury’s DC Magazine in 2022. We partner with local farmers, producers, winemakers, distilleries and breweries to not only showcase the best of our region, just one part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability in our local communities.

Fairmont has been committed to protecting its local environments through its award-winning Fairmont Sustainability Partnership. We have honey beehives on our rooftop, both providing bees with a home to pollinate and our chefs, local and sustainable honey for use on-site.
