Weekend Brunch

Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown has just launched a new weekend brunch in Juniper Restaurant. Served from 7am until 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays, seating is available inside or al fresco in the lush courtyard.

Executive Chef Jaime Montes de Oca and his culinary team have created authentically local dishes that are sustainably farmed and ethically sourced to fit for all discerning palates.

Some of team’s brunch items include:

• Avocado Toast
• Warm Spinach Salad
• Lobster Omelet
• Crab Cake Benedict
• Croque Madam
• Steak and Eggs
• Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
• Banana Foster French Toast

Numerous side dishes are also available such as eggs any style, applewood bacon, country style pork sausage, Virginia ham and smoked salmon. Assorted juices, coffees and teas are available, along with cocktails, wine and champagne.
